Brown Capital was founded in 1965 by Mr. Brown. As a family-owned business, they pride themselves by providing a dedicated management team and years of experience that allows them to best serve their customers. In 2009, Mr. Brown retired from the business and his children filled the role. Now a second-generation run company, Brown Capital focuses on offering superior locations for multifamily homes, commercial, and restaurant customers around Louisville, Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Florida.
